    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup light milk (240 ml)
    • 1 water glass of vegetable oil (200 g)
    • 1 cup flour (150 g)
    • 1 packet of baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 3 tablespoons cocoa (30 g)
    • 15 heaped teaspoons SPLENDA® Granulated (15 g)

    For the sauce

    • 1 cup light milk (240 ml)
    • 2 tablespoons cocoa (20 g)
    • Half a glass of vegetable oil (100 ml)
    • 10 heaped teaspoons SPLENDA® Granulated (10 g)

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.


    Grease a square or rectangular glass cake mould.


    In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and Splenda Granules for a few minutes. Add the milk and oil and whisk again.


    Add flour, baking powder and cocoa to the mixture and whisk a little. You will get a liquid mixture.


    Pour the mixture into the cake mould and bake for 35-40 minutes.

    Making the sauce


    Start making it 10 minutes before you take the cake out of the oven. We will pour the sauce into the cake mixture while it is hot.


    Put all the ingredients in a sauce pan and stir with a whisk until boiling.

    When you take the cake out of the oven, slice it and pour the hot sauce over it. When the sauce is absorbed, your cake will be ready to serve. Bon appétit!
