    • 160 g frozen mixed berries
    • 100 g banana (sliced and frozen)
    • 40 ml almond milk (plus more, if needed)
    • 1.5 tablespoons of Splenda Granulated

    For the toppings

    • 5 g shredded unsweetened coconut (dried)
    • 8 g chia seeds
    • 8 g hemp or sunflower seeds
    • Granola (optional)
    • Fruit (optional)
