    Ingredients

    • 2 eggs
    • 6 tsp skimmed milk powder (12 g)
    • ½ tsp baking soda
    • ½ cup light yogurt (100 g)
    • ½ cup oil (100 g)
    • ½ cup raisins (100 g)
    • 1 each orange and lemon zest
    • ½ packet baking powder (5 g)
    • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup flour (140 g)
    • 12 tsp Splenda Granulated (12 g)

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk powder, baking soda and Splenda Granule until you get a creamy consistency.

    Add the other ingredients except the grapes and whisk again to prepare the cake batter.

    Add the grapes which you lightly floured to prevent them from sinking to the bottom and mix with a spoon.

    Pour the mixture into the greased cake mould and bake in the oven preheated to 180°C for 30-35 minutes.

    After the cake cools down, turn it upside down on a serving plate.
