    • 200 g strawberries
    • 3-4 drops of lemon juice
    • 30 g SPLENDA® Granulated

    Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Put them in a sauce pot and mash them with a masher or a fork. Cook for about 10 minutes.


    Add Splenda Granulated and lemon juice, and cook for another 10 minutes by mashing.


    Put the strawberry jam in a clean and dry jar, turn upside down and leave to cool.
