    Ingredients

    • 90 ml light milk
    • 70 g flour
    • 2 tablespoons melted butter (20 g)
    • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 3 raspberries (or any fruit you like)
    • 5 g Splenda Granulated (10 teaspoons)

    Put the milk, butter and vanilla in a bowl and mix. Add flour, baking powder and Splenda and mix a little more until you get a homogeneous consistency.

    Grease a cup suitable for the microwave oven and pour the mixture into it. (The cake mixture should be 2 fingers less than the height of the cup so that it does not overflow when cooked).

    Cook in the microwave for 10 minutes. When it comes out, you can add your favorite fruits on top.
