    • 1 litre of light milk
    • 1 small cup washed rice (80 g)
    • 1 glass of water (200 ml)
    • 1,5 teaspoon starch
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 21 heaped teaspoons SPLENDA® Granulated (21 g)

    Wash the rice and cook it with 1 glass of water until it becomes slightly al dente.


    Add milk to the water with rice and boil.


    After boiling, add a pinch of salt and Splenda Granulated Sweetener. Cook for another 8-10 minutes by stirring.


    Dissolve the starch in half a glass (100 ml) of water and add to the milk mixture. Boil for 5 more minutes.


    Pour into rice pudding serving cups, heat in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until the tops are burnt.


    You can serve the milk pudding without added sugar prepared with Splenda Granulated with cinnamon or hazelnut pieces.
