    Ingredients

    • 2 chicken breasts (400 g)
    • 3 tablespoons flour (30 g)
    • 1 teaspoon salt (4 g)
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper (4 g)
    • 5 tablespoons of oil
    • 3 cloves of garlic
    • ½ onion (40 g)
    • 2 red capia peppers (120 g)
    • 4 green peppers (130 g)
    • 2 slices of pineapple (150 g)
    • 4 sprigs of spring onion (30 g)
    • 2 tablespoons ketchup (40 g)
    • ½ cup soy sauce (50 g)
    • 1 teaspoon starch
    • ½ cup water (50 g)
    • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (7 g)
    • 1 tablespoon SPLENDA® Granulated

    Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper, 3 spoons of flour on the chicken and coat the chicken in flour.

    Heat 3 spoons of oil in a large pan and cook the chicken until it turns colour. Put the cooked chicken on a plate.

    Add 2-3 spoons of oil to a large frying pan, when hot, cut the onion, red and green peppers into large squares and add them. Then cut the pineapples into the same size and add them. Add Splenda Granulated, ketchup and soya sauce and mix.

    In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of starch with half a glass of water and add to the chilli mixture to thicken it.

    Add the chicken to the mixture that thickens well, mix it a little. Add sesame seeds and finely sliced spring onions to the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes, then switch off the heat.
