- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (10 g)
- ½ lemon juice and lemon zest

For the topping
- 120 g labneh cheese
- ½ teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2 heaped teaspoons SPLENDA® Granulated (2 g)

Grind the oatmeal into flour in a rondo. Add it into the date mixture, mix it and spread it on a mould covered with greaseproof paper with a spatula.

In another bowl, add labneh, lemon zest and 2 g Splenda Granulated. Mix. Spread over the oat mixture.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
