    • 2 large ripe mangos, peeled and roughly chopped
    • 2 egg whites
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • 2 tablespoon SPLENDA® Granulated

    Put the mango and Splenda Granulated in a food processor or liquidiser and blend until smooth.


    Add the egg whites and lime juice then blend to combine.


    Pour the mixture in to a shallow freezer proof container and freeze for 1 hour.


    Remove from the freezer and mash or whisk to break down large crystals.


    Return to the container and freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.


    Alternatively follow manufacturer’s instructions for an ice-cream machine.


    To serve, remove from freezer to soften 10 minutes before scooping. Decorate with mint leaves (optional)
