    For 100 g

    • 125 g unshelled hazelnuts
    • 30 g sugar-free dark chocolate
    • 1 dessert spoon of cocoa powder
    • 1 dessert spoon coconut oil
    • 1 dessert spoon SPLENDA® Granulated

    Put the hazelnuts on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 160°C for 7-8 minutes.


    When the hazelnuts are hot, grind them in a food processor until they have a creamy consistency.


    Add the chocolate melted in bain-marie or microwave to the hazelnuts.


    Then add the rest of the ingredients. Pass through the food processor for another 1-2 minutes until smooth.


    You can store your hazelnut cream in a jar.
