    Ingredients

    • 170 g plain flour
    • 235 ml skimmed milk
    • 150 g frozen blueberries
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tablespoon baking powder
    • ½ tablespoon butter, melted
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon SPLENDA® Granulated

    Instructions

    Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder in a large bowl. Add the Splenda Granulated.

    Beat together the egg and milk and stir the mixture into the flour mixture. Combine in the melted butter and fold in the blueberries. Set aside for 1 hour.

    Heat a lightly greased frying pan over medium heat. Pour the batter into the pan, using approximately 4 tablespoons for each pancake.
