    • 2 ripe bananas (3 if small)
    • 2 eggs
    • 240 g flour
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon of mahaleb
    • 1 packet of baking powder (10 g)
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 70 ml skimmed milk
    • 80 g sunflower oil
    • 7 heaping dessert spoons of SPLENDA® Granulated

    Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork. Add the eggs and mix. Add the SPLENDA® Granulated and mix again.


    Add the flour, cinnamon, mahaleb and baking powder. Mix again.


    Add oil, milk and vanilla extract. Mix again.


    Grease the cake mould and pour the cake mixture on it. If you wish, you can add chocolate chips between the mixture.
