- ½ cup cream (100 ml) (18% fat)
- 3 tbsp semolina (40 g)
- 2 tbsp wheat flour (40 g)
- 2 tbsp corn starch (30 g)
- 2 tbsp butter (30 g)
- 1 tsp rose water
- 14 g Splenda Granulated (10 full tsp)

Boil over medium heat, whisking continuously.

When it starts to boil and the cream gets a thick consistency, remove from the stove. Add butter and rose water.

Pour the cream mixture into a glass bowl and cover with cling film.
