- ½ tablespoon butter
- Half a pack of baby biscuits (80 g)
- 1 medium banana OR 3 medium strawberries
- 2 teaspoon SPLENDA® Granulated

Instructions
While the pudding starts to boil, transfer 1-2 tablespoon of the pudding to another bowl, add 1 egg yolk and mix.
Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes. Add half a tablespoon of butter and remove the saucepan from the heat.
Whisk the pudding until it cools down.
Blend the 100 ml cream you kept in the refrigerator for 4-5 minutes until smooth.
Add the whipped cream to the cooled down pudding and mix gently.
Blend the biscuits and place to the bottom of the serving cups. Add half of the pudding. Place the fruits on the sides. Repeat the process.
