    • 80 g rolled oats
    • 12 pitted dates
    • 80 g almonds
    • 20 g cocoa powder
    • 1 teaspoon SPLENDA® Granulated

    Place the dates in a bowl covered with warm water and let it soak for 15 minutes.

    In a food processor, place the almonds and rolled oats. Mix into a fine powder.

    Drain dates from the water and add them to the food processor along with cocoa powder and Splenda Granulated. Mix until a smooth dough is formed. Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

    Roll small balls with the dough and serve covered with unsweetened cocoa powder.
