    Ingredients

    • 135 g oat milk (any vegetable milk will do)
    • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (5 g)
    • 1.5 tbsp vegetable butter (20 g)
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • 90 g flour
    • 2 g baking powder
    • 2 g baking soda
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 4 full tsp Splenda Granulated (10 g)

    Put the milk into a mixing bowl, add apple cider vinegar and mix, cover and leave it for 10 minutes.

    Then add melted vegetable butter, Splenda Granulated and vanilla extract, mix.

    Add flour, baking powder, carbonate and salt into the mixture by the help of a sieve, and mix. Cover it and wait for 10 minutes.

    Put a non-stick pan on the stove, grease the pan with a piece of butter. When the pan gets hot, put 1 full tablespoon of pancake batter into the pan. When the pancake batter is hot, turn it over and cook it on both sides. Cook all of the dough in this way.
