    Ingredients

    For Cold Brew

    • 1 teacup ground coffee powder (130 g)
    • 3 teacups of drinking water (360 ml)

    For vanilla syrup

    • ½ teacup boiled water (60 ml)
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 10 Splenda Sweet Minis

    For the milk and cream mixture

    • 1 teacup of light milk (120 ml)
    • 2 tbsp of light cream
    • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup

    Instructions

    For cold brew; put 130 grams of coffee powder in a french press, add 360 ml of boiled drinking water, mix and leave to brew for 12 hours. Then strain.

    For vanilla syrup; Add 10 Splenda Sweet Minis and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to ½ teacup (60 ml) of boiled drinking water, mix and set aside.

    For the milk and cream mixture; Put 1 teacup of light milk in a large glass or jar, add 2 tablespoons of light cream and 1 tablespoon of the vanilla syrup you have prepared. With the help of a whisk, whisk for 2-3 minutes until the cream opens a little.

    Take a large serving glass and put ice to fill the glass; add 2 tablespoons of the vanilla syrup you have prepared on it. Then fill your cold brew coffee, which has been brewed for 12 hours, to 2/3 of the glass. Add the last milk and cream mixture to cover the glass.
