Ingredients
- 5 medium-sized chilli peppers
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tea glass rice vinegar or white vinegar
- ½ tea glass water
- 2 teaspoons wheat starch (8 g)
- 1 tablespoon of water
- A pinch of salt
- 14 g SPLENDA® Granulated (14 heaped teaspoons)

Instructions
Cut the stems off the peppers, cut them in half, remove the seeds and cut into 2-3 large pieces.
Peel the garlic cloves, put them in a food processor with the chillies and 1 teacup vinegar and run it.
Place the chilli ingredients in a small sauce pan, add the remaining vinegar, water and Splenda Granulated and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Open 2 teaspoons of starch in a small bowl by adding 1 tablespoon of water. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the sauce in the pot and mix.
Add the starch into the sauce pot, stir while stirring to avoid lumps.
Remove the sauce from the stove after 1-2 minutes. When it cools down, put it in a bottle or jar. Keep it in the refrigerator.
Note: 1 portion = 1 tablespoon = 10 g
