Instructions
Put 2.5 cups of semolina into another bowl; add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and mix. Pour the milk mixture that you have warmed before onto the semolina. Mix well with a spatula or spoon, cover it with cling film and refrigerate it overnight, at least 12 hours.
When the waiting time is over, take the mixture out of the refrigerator and let it rest outside for 15 minutes. Then crumble the semolina mixture with your hands and knead it for 3-4 minutes.
Grease a square Borcam dish, spread the semolina mixture well and smooth it with a spatula. Then place peanuts on each slice by determining the slice locations evenly.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes.
For the syrup;
Put the water and Splenda Granulated in a pot, mix and let it boil. When it boils, add lemon juice and boil for another 15 minutes.
Cut the Shambali Dessert you have taken out of the oven according to the slice places you have determined. Pour the hot syrup over the hot dessert.
Let it stand at room temperature until it cools down and rest it for 4-5 hours.
