    Ingredients

    • 240 ml milk
    • 2-3 tablespoons pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie mix)
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 healthy pinch ground nutmeg
    • 1 healthy pinch ground clove
    • 1 healthy pinch ground cardamom (optional)
    • 30 ml espresso
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 or 2 Splenda Sweet Minis
