    Ingredients

    • 500 g pumpkin (cleaned, cut)
    • 1 tea glass of drinking water
    • 12 full teaspoons Splenda Granulated (8 g)
    • 1 tea glass of walnut pieces for the top

    Put the cleaned and squared pumpkin into the pot.

    Add 12 teaspoons Splenda Granulated to 1 teacup of drinking water and stir until dissolved.

    Pour the mixture evenly over the pumpkins in the pot and cook over low heat until the pumpkins are soft enough to prick with a fork.

    Set the cooked pumpkins aside to cool, then sprinkle with the walnut pieces.
