    Ingredients

    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup sunflower oil (112 ml)
    • 1 cup light milk (125 ml)
    • ½ orange zest
    • Juice of ½ orange (50 ml)
    • 1.5 cups flour (210 grams)
    • ½ packet of baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon vanillin
    • 6 g skimmed milk powder (2.5 tsp)
    • ½ teaspoon baking soda
    • 12 g Splenda Granulated (7 full teaspoons)

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, baking soda, milk powder and Splenda Granulated with a mixer for 5-6 minutes until frothy.

    Add sunflower oil, milk and vanillin and continue whisking.

    Grate the orange zest and add the orange juice.

    Add the flour and baking powder to the liquid mixture and mix with a spatula from the outside in.

    Pour your mixture into the greased cake mold.

    Bake in the oven for 40 – 45 minutes.
