    Ingredients

    • 1 egg
    • Half a glass of light milk (120 g)
    • 1 tsp skimmed milk powder
    • ½ tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup oat flour (60 g)
    • ½ packet baking powder (5 g)
    • 1 tsp melted butter (5 g)
    • 1.5 tbsp Splenda Granulated (20 g)

    Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, baking soda, milk powder and Splenda Granulated with a whisk until creamy.

    Add the milk, vanilla extract, melted butter and sifted oat flour and whisk for a while.

    Finally add the baking powder and mix gently without whisking.

    Cook the pancakes in a non-stick pancake pan over medium heat.
