    Ingredients

    • 1 cup of rolled oatmeal (100 g)
    • 4 dates
    • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (10 g)
    • ½ lemon juice and lemon zest
    • 1 heaped teaspoon SPLENDA® Granulated (1 g)

    For the topping

    • 120 g labneh cheese
    • ½ teaspoon grated lemon peel
    • 2 heaped teaspoons SPLENDA® Granulated (2 g)

    Soak the dates in boiling water until soft, remove the seeds and mash them with a fork. Add coconut oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and Splenda Granulated and whisk well.

    Grind the oatmeal into flour in a rondo. Add it into the date mixture, mix it and spread it on a mould covered with greaseproof paper with a spatula.

    In another bowl, add labneh, lemon zest and 2 g Splenda Granulated. Mix. Spread over the oat mixture.

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    You can add lemon zest on your Oatmeal Diet Cake and serve. Bon appétit!
