    Ingredients

    • 100 g butter (softened at room temperature)
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1.5 cups oat flour (150 g)
    • 1.5 cups rolled oats (125 g)
    • 1 pinch baking soda
    • 1 pinch salt
    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 cup dried raisins (150 g)
    • ½ cup chopped walnuts (60 g)
    • 1 cup Splenda Granulated

    In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, egg, vanilla extract, and Splenda Granulated. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
