Instructions
Pour the mixture into a medium sized Borcam container. Pour enough water into the baking tray to reach half of the Borcam and place the container on the tray.
Bake in the oven preheated to 160°C for about 20 minutes – until the top is golden brown – and then reduce the oven temperature to 150°C and bake for another 40 minutes. There will be a total cooking time of about 1 hour.
Remove the dessert from the oven and wait until it reaches room temperature, then cover with greaseproof paper and refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours or 1 night.
Cut into square slices and serve.
