    • 1 large banana
    • 2 medium eggs
    • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
    • 20 g of unsalted walnuts
    • 20 g of margarine
    • 1 teaspoon of SPLENDA® Granulated

    Cut the banana into small pieces and mix it with the eggs and cinnamon. Mix it into a smooth batter with a blender.

    Heat the margarine in a non-stick coating pan and fry 3 or 4 pancakes in 5 minutes. Flip the pancakes halfway. Cut the walnuts and serve them with the pancakes. If desired, sprinkle some extra Splenda Granulated on top of the pancakes.
