Instructions
Custard powder
Mix starch, Splenda Granulated, turmeric and milk in a bowl.
Concentrated milk
Put milk and Splenda Granulated in a saucepan. Cook over high heat until it boils, and cook over low heat after boiling. In the meantime, stir the milk every 5-10 minutes to aerate the milk and allow the milk to release its water. At the end of this process, which will take 45-50 minutes, 1 third of the milk will remain and the consistency will thicken.
Put the milk, Splenda Granulated and ‘custard powder’ into a saucepan and stir constantly, when the sauce thickens, remove from the stove.
Put the cream in a separate bowl and mix it with a mixer until it thickens a little, then add the ‘condensed milk’ and mix well.
Cut off the edges of the toast squares and arrange half of the remaining soft parts on the bottom of a deep bowl.
Cover the bread with some of the first sauce containing the ‘custard powder’. Pour half of the mixture of cream and condensed milk over this sauce. Then sprinkle with almonds or pistachios.
Place the bread slices on top again and pour the first sauce and then the second sauce in the same way.
Garnish the top with almonds or pistachios.
Put the Umm Ali Dessert prepared with Splenda Granulated in the refrigerator and let it cool for 2-3 hours and serve. Bon Appetit!
