    • 1 medium-sized apple
    • 1 teaspoon butter (5 g)
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • ½ tea glass walnut pieces (30 g)
    • 1 tablespoon Splenda Granulated (1.5 g)

    For the dough

    • 65 g soft butter
    • ½ tea glass of vegetable oil (35 ml)
    • 1 teaspoon starch
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1.5 tablespoon low-fat (light) milk
    • 1.5 cups flour (180 g)
    • 1.5 tablespoon Splenda Granulated (2.25 g)

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.


    Peel and grate the apple.


    Melt the butter in a sauce pan, add Splenda Granulated and stir well to melt.


    Add cinnamon powder and grated apple and cook until the apples absorb the juice. Finally, add walnut pieces, mix and remove from the stove.


    Add all ingredients except flour into a mixing bowl and knead.

    For the dough


    Add flour and continue kneading until you get a soft, non-sticky dough consistency.


    Take walnut sized pieces from the dough and make round balls with the palm of your hands. Place the balls on the baking tray and press them lightly with your finger to give them a flat shape.


    Put 1 teaspoon of apple mixture on the round flat dough shapes.


    Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven.


    Apple Cookies with Splenda are ready! You can decorate them with walnuts and cinnamon.
