    • 8 large dates (120 g)
    • 1 tsp rose water
    • 1 tbsp pine nuts (6 g)
    • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts (6 g)

    Add 500 ml of drinking water and pitted dates to a deep pot. Boil for 30 minutes and strain thoroughly using a wire strainer, pressing the pulp.

    Pour the date syrup into a pitcher and add 500 ml of cold drinking water. Add rose water and Splenda Sweet Minis, then stir. Pour into serving glasses, add ice, and garnish with chopped walnuts and pine nuts.
