    Ingredients

    • 5 tbsp tahini (50 g)
    • 50 g butter (at room temperature)
    • 1 egg yolk
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 120 g unsweetened dark chocolate
    • A little over ½ cup flour (70 g)
    • 6 tbsp Splenda Granulated (11 g)

    Add tahini and Splenda Granulated to a deep bowl and mix well with a fork. Add butter and egg yolk and mix a little more. Then add flour, salt, and baking powder and knead the dough by hand. Finally, chop the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the dough mixture.

    To make the dough easier to shape, chill it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Then form walnut-sized balls and place them spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 180°C oven.
