    Ingredients

    • 1 egg
    • 4 tbsp butter (60 g) (softened at room temperature)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 less than 1 water glass of flour (115 g)
    • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • A little less than ½ cup crushed unsweetened chocolate chips (60 g)
    • 7.5 g Splenda Granulated (13 full teaspoons)

    Preheat the oven to 180°C on the fan setting, place greaseproof paper on the baking tray.

    Put flour, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl and mix them.

    In a separate bowl, beat the butter and Splenda Granulated with a whisk, add the vanilla and beat a little more. Then add the egg and whisk a little until just combined.

    Add the flour mixture to this egg mixture and whisk until it forms a dough.

    Finally, add the chocolate chips to the dough and mix gently with your hands.

    Take 1 tablespoon of the dough and shape into rounds. Place these rounds on the tray with a little space between them.

    Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. (Do not bake more if you think the cookies are not cooked, they will harden later while cooling on the tray).
